2006/2- 2006/9 Project Manager I have been hired to setup a mutilations food restaurant in Shanghai named Prince of Persia in Pudong World Plaza– with 200,000 USD capital amount. I have managed the restaurant for 3 month and planed it sales policy. The restaurant working well and my project contract term covered. 2004/02--2006/2：Saipa China Office Industry: Automobile & Components Outsourcing and Purchasing Manager Purchasing Manager 1-Managing a sourcing team, to find out OEM suppliers, 1.Take a lead in updating and implementing a systematic procedure of supplier assessment and selection fit for whole China, while identifying gaps and establishing and tracking effectiveness corrective actions. 2. Work with Quality department in technical support to suppliers to assist them in resolving quality problems of physical products occurring in routine delivery. 3. Participate in daily management and quality training to suppliers. Assist quality department of different facilities in achieving supplier performance objectives. 4.Develop selected suppliers via training, implementing and coaching AMPS PE at supplier locations as well as tracking the effectiveness to assist in material cost reduction programs and to improve overall competitiveness of OEM China products. 5. Take a lead in supplier overall performance scorecard on yearly basis and present supplier change suggestions, if applicable. 6. Participate in re-sourcing, out-sourcing and localization projects in terms of supplier development. 7. Coordinate with Procurement and Quality departments for supplier development activities. 8.Resolve immediate needs or urgent issues as directed by supervisor.
